A New Home for the Matildas by HG Turf Group and Polytan

Whilst the 2023 Women's World Cup is breaking all sorts of records both on and off the pitch, we're proud to witness the impact of the hybrid grass pitches at the new Matildas state-of-the-art training facility, the Victorian State Football Centre. The same turf used in five Women's World Cup stadium venues now contributes to the Matildas' game on the world's grandest stage.

Located within La Trobe University in Bundoora, Victoria, this high-performance facility not only offers an unrivalled training environment for the Matildas at the elite level but also uplifts community and grassroots football.
